Wanted, Alive.
This is an art piece I created called "Wanted, Alive". I took some inspiration from one of Emory Douglas' artworks. The hand holding the scale is an inspiration from one of his pieces of work. I thought about how insane it is that we are still dealing with human rights and social justice. To consider any other way is such an "old western" way of thinking. That is why I brought in the old tattered wanted poster. How long have we been fighting and striving for change? Now is the time. Here all we seek, all that is wanted, is SOCIAL JUSTICE for all.
